Van / annexe currently set-up, with huge $150 tarp over both van and annexe -- (easy to pack-up and remove in 1 hr!) ... Live on-site in albury caravan park yourself, or 2 people for for $75 per week, elec is approx 10 p/w or tow the van and annexe yourself, very easy to tow, weight approx 900kg, all required is rta permit for 28 days towing, cheap to get. Condition of van / annexe: the van is an early 1970`s model, the rear / side glass is no good, and is duct taped up -- need plexi-glass installed or just leave as-is, the door locks but could be re-aligned, fly-screens ok, some over-head `locks` not present, spare tyre tread good, towing hitch good, please don`t expect a ``glamour``, but , this could be a very cheap home for someone or a couple, with pets ok at van park, or, you need to tow van yourself out. Managers of van park are very nice people, resident owners, and neigbours are older ppl and easy going. Van park has pool and 10 minute walk to albury, plenty of car parking space near van. 2.5 Hours drive to melb or 5 hours to sydney, airport 2 minute drive away and xpt interstate train 5 minutes drive away, 3 interstate trains daily. Inspection ok, but need van to be sold & paid for a.S.A.P, if you live away from albury and would like the van stored, cash can be desposited into my bank account straight away, and van can be stored at a storage complex in albury, you can arrange with the storage complany - if you want a tilt tray, i need payment then you can arrange pick-up.
